CDR Register Notification

Once the CDR Representative Agreement has been completed and Wych’s onboarding requirements have been satisfied, Wych will notify the CDR Accreditor of the new representative arrangement.

The notification provides the information required for your organisation and its arrangement with Activate Wych Pty Ltd to be recorded on the official CDR Register.

Notification does not mean that your organisation is independently accredited or endorsed by the ACCC. Your organisation cannot access or use CDR data as a CDR Representative until its details have been entered on the CDR Register.

Wych’s Responsibilities as Principal

As the CDR Representative Principal, Activate Wych Pty Ltd has responsibilities under the CDR framework for overseeing its CDR Representatives and ensuring that they comply with their representative arrangements and the applicable CDR Rules.

Wych’s responsibilities include:

• Establishing the permitted CDR data activities under the representative arrangement

• Supporting and overseeing compliance with the applicable CDR requirements

• Monitoring the representative’s handling, use and disclosure of CDR data

• Maintaining required records relating to the arrangement

• Addressing identified compliance issues or breaches

Your Ongoing Responsibilities

Becoming a CDR Representative does not remove your organisation’s responsibility to follow the agreed requirements for handling CDR data.

Your organisation must continue to comply with its CDR Representative Agreement, Wych’s policies and controls, and the requirements applicable to CDR Representatives throughout the arrangement.

Wych will provide ongoing guidance and oversight to help your organisation understand and meet these responsibilities.
